Katrina Nguyen’s passion is people. A Denver native and a broker since 2013, Katrina’s service-centered approach is rooted in integrity and compassionate advocacy as she strives to turn her clients’ dreams of homeownership into reality.

 

As a five-star Professional Service Award winner for the past five years, Katrina takes on the role of a coach or adviser, diving deep into her clients’ psychology to better understand their wants, needs, drives, and fears to curate an individualized experience. With a background in marketing, her knack for building meaningful relationships and connecting with people is at the forefront of her business and daily life.

 

Katrina is known by her clients for her open communication style, creativity, and energetic personality, making the process lighthearted and enjoyable. Guiding hardworking individuals in making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives is no simple feat, and Katrina is always up for the challenge.

 

A Denver native, Katrina strives to give back to her community as often as possible, whether it be through supporting small businesses, packing lunches for the homeless, or spending time with children with disabilities. She loves trying new restaurants and recipes, playing at the park with her dog Oliver, and traveling as often as she can. Katrina challenges herself by working out multiple times a week, particularly HIIT training, and strives to learn something new every day.
